MENTAL HEALTH - Mood Booster Activity Cards
These cards are intended as a quick choice of ideas to help lift someone’s mood.
Each card has an activity that may help a child feel a little brighter if they are having a sad day.
Everyone is different and each child may respond differently to each activity.
Activities included:
Drink some water!
Eat a healthy snack!
Go for a walk!
Do some exercise!
Read a book!
Role-play a character!
Paint a picture!
Make a model!
Sing a song or make some music!
Listen to some music!
Get in the sunshine!
Get outdoors into nature!
Have some quiet time.
Do some yoga stretches.
Help someone else with something. A kind act!
Think of the things you are thankful for.
Talk with a friend or family member.
Do something you really enjoy!
