RHYMING CARDS
In the pack there are 30 cards/15 Rhyming pairs.
Ideas
Even number of children to have a card each and then try to find the person holding the card that rhymes with theirs.
or
Split pack in to two piles with the rhyming pairs split between the two piles. Each child to have a card each from one of the piles. Adult to take cards one by one from the second pile and read it out. Children to recognise if they have the rhyming card to match the adult.
or
Child to take a random card and think of a rhyming word for that card.
or
Spread all cards out on a table or the floor and encourage children to match up the rhyming pairs.
