SHAPE - SCAVENGER HUNT CHALLENGE CARDS
This set of ‘Scavenger Hunt Challenge Cards’ is intended to help children to think about real world shapes, to engage their senses and appreciate the environment around them.
Children are encouraged to find e.g. ‘Something spiky’ or ‘Something in the shape of a cylinder’. 21 cards included in pack, plus an additional blank card for your own ideas.
Designed to inspire children to investigate the shapes everywhere. Why not use these cards as inspiration on an out and about ‘Shape Walk’?…or in a ‘Shape Investigation’ area in your setting?
Alternatively, use as part of an interactive display area to enrich your setting environment or as the stimulus of a tuff spot activity.
