Count the Space items from 0 to 10. Print one or two numbers to a page for use as part of a display or more to a page for a set of flashcards. Ideal as part of an enabling environment, allowing children to observe and interact with their surroundings. Children may interact with this display independently, as an adult led activity or as a child led/initiated interaction which leads to adult input. Children may point to, name and describe the things they see at springtime or practise 1:1 correspondence counting (placing a finger on objects in turn as they count them systematically).
